Program Description: By opting into Tidy Turtles Alerts, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages including cleaning service reminders, appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, promotions, and customer support notifications.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon receiving your "STOP" message, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Rejoining Instructions

If you’ve unsubscribed and wish to rejoin, simply sign up again as you did initially or text "START" to the shortcode and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
