Question 1

How is my exact price calculated?

Accepted Answer

Price is based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and total square footage of your home. The $125 starting price is for a standard 1 bed/1 bath home up to 1,000 sq ft. Add bedrooms, bathrooms, or square footage and the price adjusts instantly in our online booking tool.

Question 2

What is the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?

Accepted Answer

A standard clean is your recurring maintenance visit: surfaces dusted, bathrooms sanitized, floors vacuumed and mopped, kitchen wiped down. A deep clean adds baseboards, inside appliances, window tracks, grout scrubbing, door frames, and detail work throughout. Deep cleans are recommended for first-time clients or homes that have gone a few months without a professional clean.

Question 3

Do you charge extra for pets or heavily soiled areas?

Accepted Answer

Pet hair and heavy soiling may require additional time. We note it in your booking and adjust accordingly. We are transparent about this before your appointment, never after.

Question 4

Are supplies included?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We bring all equipment and professional-grade cleaning products. If you have preferred products or sensitivities, just let us know in your booking notes.

Question 5

Do I need to be home during the clean?

Accepted Answer

No. Most clients provide a key or door code and go about their day. You will receive a notification when the team arrives and when they are done.

Question 6

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We ask for 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Life happens, and we are reasonable about it. Just reach out by phone or email.
